Cynthia is a Privacy Program Manager at Google. She is the author and curator of Without My Consent's Weekly Roundup and serves as WMC's Grant Administrator for the Digital Trust Foundation grants. Her privacy expertise includes GDPR compliance, machine learning generated personalization, anonymization, and user data storage and retention while leading privacy reviews for all launches across Google Play, Assistant, and YouTube, totaling 4+ billion users, as well as criminal law enforcement requests.
